From customers: name, company, title, phone, email, billing tax information and shipment details (origin, destination, commodity, dates).
From carriers: legal or trade name, tax information, permits, insurance policies, and equipment and driver details needed for the service.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
How we use it
Necessary purposes: quoting and coordinating transportation, tracking shipments, invoicing and collections, and complying with legal and tax obligations, including issuing the Carta Porte.
Additional purposes: sending you information about our services. You can opt out by emailing us; this does not affect your service.
Who we share it with
With carriers, customs brokers and other providers involved in your service, and with authorities when required by law. These transfers are necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), and revoke your consent, by sending a request to hello@royallionexpress.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise and a copy of your ID.
We will respond within the time limits set by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

This site does not use tracking cookies. When you submit a form, your request is stored with our web hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., with servers in the United States) so we can follow up, and WhatsApp opens with the message ready.
