Shipment management

We coordinate the whole move, not just the truck

For companies that import or export regularly: we handle the full coordination between seller, Mexican customs agent, U.S. customs broker and carrier, so your team only gets updates.

Quoted separately from freight: a per-shipment fee plus a one-time setup.

On every shipment

  • Review of commercial invoice, packing list, certificates and Carta Porte
  • Coordination between the Mexican customs agent, the U.S. customs broker and the carrier
  • Truck and border tracking, with ETA and status updates
  • Issue handling: rejected documents, inspections and delays
  • Close-out with the signed proof of delivery and the shipment file

When we start working together

  • Review of importer requirements: customs broker, bond and permits
  • Document files for the customs agent and the broker
  • Tariff classification of your goods with your agent and broker

FAQ

What shippers ask us most

Do you handle local moves?

Yes. Besides domestic and U.S. moves, we move freight within the same city or metro area.

Where can you pick up?

Anywhere in Mexico. We manage the shipment from Querétaro and schedule the truck in the city where your freight is, with delivery in Mexico or the United States.

What do you need for a quote?

Origin and destination, commodity, approximate weight and dimensions, equipment type if you know it, and the pickup date. For cross-border moves, also tell us who your customs broker is.

Do you work with my customs broker?

Yes. We coordinate with your Mexican customs agent and your U.S. customs broker. If you don't have one yet, we help you figure out what your operation needs.

How long is a quote valid?

5 business days from issue. On international moves the price may be adjusted if exchange rates or tariffs change significantly.

How is freight paid?

In advance, before loading. Domestic services are invoiced in Mexican pesos plus VAT; international services in U.S. dollars. Credit is evaluated for repeat customers.

What if I cancel once the truck is at pickup?

A TONU (Truck Order Not Used) fee of 50% of the freight applies. On international moves it may vary with the carrier's rate and crossing costs.

How long do I have to load?

2 free hours. After that, each extra hour is billed: 2,000 MXN on domestic services and 200 USD on international services.

Is the freight insured?

The carrier is liable as provided by law and its policy. For high-value goods we recommend cargo insurance; we can help you get a quote.

Do you handle customs clearance?

Clearance is done by your customs broker. We coordinate paperwork and the crossing appointment with them so the truck doesn't wait.
